Hard to put down ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is very good book written at a time when some folks would like to silence the voices of the LGBT community. It has a little of everything you would want from a romance novel. The characters are extremely genuine, and make you feel like they are people you might know in real life. You even had to feel a little sorry for the main villain, Becky. The beginning of the story starts off fairly uncomplicated and lulls you into the wary connection between Parker and Sydney. But before long you are drawn into this extremely complicated relationship between the two. It's the kind of book that once you start reading it you don't want to put it down, and you can't wait to see what happens next. I commend the author for writing this book and helping to open up the genuine world of lesbian romance novels. I can't wait to see what lies ahead in the next book of this series.

Really Enjoyed This Story. The contemporary characters had me from the beginning. I found myself invested in all the secondary characters, which were well sketched, and the subplots/side stories. Descriptions were vivid without being trite. A great introduction to what I hope is a great series. Can't wait for Book 2.

Cass Sellars has done an outstanding job with this debut novel! Well written, clever, and definitely kept me wanting more. I found the characters very absorbing throughout the story. Although all of them were easy to love, Syd and Parker were favorites! Couldn't wait to see when lightning would strike. I found this novel to have a mixture of everything I love. It had a great plot, suspense, surprise, and HOT characters! The intimate scenes were pretty steamy but tasteful and not explicit. Can't wait to read the next book in this series! Bravo Sellars, bravo........
